Terms Of Service: Grove Gloss Detailing
By booking an appointment with Grove Gloss Detailing, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Vehicle Inspection & Pre-Existing Damage Inspection: A joint walk-around inspection will be conducted before work begins to note existing scratches, dents, paint defects, or broken components. Pre-Existing Conditions: Grove Gloss Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, clear coat failure, loose trim, or previous improper repairs.
2. Personal Belongings & Cargo Please remove all personal items, valuables, and child car seats from the vehicle prior to your appointment. Grove Gloss Detailing is not responsible for lost, damaged, or discarded personal items left inside the vehicle.
3. Ceramic Coating & Paint Correction Services Results Disclaimer: Paint correction removes defects up to the safe limit of the vehicle’s clear coat. Deep scratches that penetrate the clear coat cannot be safely removed without risking clear coat failure. Curing Requirements: Ceramic coatings require a specific cure time. The client agrees to follow all post-care instructions (e.g., avoiding chemical washes or rain exposure during the designated cure window) to preserve the warranty and durability of the coating.
4. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Payment Cancellations: We request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Payment Terms: Full payment is due upon completion of the service and inspection of the vehicle. We accept cash, major credit cards, and approved digital payments.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of the service, you must notify Grove Gloss Detailing within 24 hours of vehicle pickup/completion so we can inspect and address the issue promptly.
